We work with your finance professional to explain in detail and in terms you can understand all aspects of this process – and provide options to tailor your financing to meet your family’s needs.

We guide you from application clear through to funding, discussing the many financing options available to you along the way.  We explain the loan disclosures.  We offer ideas on ways to save money and possibly take advantage of the many assistance programs that may be available to you.

It is important to be in constant contact with your mortgage provider to address any issues before they become major problems.  We maintain an ongoing dialogue with your lender and provide weekly updates throughout the transaction.

Obtaining the right financing is as important as finding the right home, and we want to make sure the entire purchase process goes as smoothly as possible.

Community Information:

When you purchase a home, you become part of the community.  And we want to make sure you know as much about that community as possible. 

We provide, free of charge, a professional third-party report on all aspects of the community and the area surrounding your new home.  But it doesn’t stop there!

We provide, free of charge, access to a database listing any past claims against the property.

We provide local school information, including test scores and attendance data, which may affect the value of your home whether you have school-aged children or not.

Finally, we help secure service with utility companies and local providers for internet, phone, television, and trash pick-up.

Upon closing, you will be provided a list of local businesses, restaurants, and attractions to make your entry into our community as swift and enjoyable as possible.
