Now it’s easy to find any home on the MLS – and in any community! You can even change the type of map you are viewing with the drop-down at the top right labeled “map”.

Each city has a corresponding “green oval” which changes to red and displays local information when your cursor is moved over the top.

This map shows the highest number of homes currently on the market and in all cities shown on the map.

If you are interested in only certain types of properties (such as rentals, single-family homes, or condos), or homes of a certain size or in a particular price range, press the “search” tab in the upper left hand corner and filter the results. To remove any cities from the search results, simply click on the red box next to their names and they will disappear.

To add the name of a city to your search, simply type the name in the box at the top of the column.

To filter by bedroom/ bathroom, size, price range, features, etc., click the triangle next to the appropriate box and modify the range or search only certain property types.

You can target school districts by typing in the name of the district. You may also limit your results to homes with certain features, such as pool or fireplace, or search only short-sale or foreclosure properties. Simply check the boxes inside the category box. It’s all with the click of your mouse!

To take a closer look at your target area, use the Zoom feature at the top left side of the map itself.

To look in a certain city, you may click on the green oval and the map will automatically zoom into that area. To return to the larger map, simply zoom back at the top of the map itself.

Try our pre-defined searches if you are focusing on a specific community. Then, tailor your results by property type, features, etc., the same way you did above.

Remember, only the cities that appear in the upper left side search box will be displayed, and you are able to remove all the others by clicking and removing them. To add one, just type the name in the “City” box.
